E3 2021 :Bethesda showed off the latest trailer for the new console enhanced update for The Elder Scrolls Online

The Elder Scrolls Online wasn't missing from the E3 2021 showcase, as the development team at ZeniMax Online Studios revealed a few new tidbits of information on the future plans for the Gates of Oblivion story this year.

First off, the upcoming DLCs finally have names revealed, with the dungeon DLC coming later this year called Waking Flame is the next dungeon DLC for ESO. However, like the previous year-long tales players will also be getting a new story DLC to round out the narrative for the year. This time players will be going to Mehrunes Dagon's realm of Oblivion in Deadlands.

"The Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands is ESO's major fall release and concludes the year-long Gates of Oblivion adventure. Similar in scope to other recent zone DLCs such as Markarth or Dragonhold, in Deadlands, you can explore the Prince of Destruction's realm of Oblivion. While you have had the chance to visit parts of Mehrunes Dagon's world in previous ESO adventures, this is only the second time a Daedric realm is available as an explorable zone in the game!"

The latest trailer for Elder Scroll Online during the Xbox Press Conference showcased its new visual upgrade for current consoles.
For those waiting to play The Elder Scrolls Online on their current-gen consoles, you won't have much longer to wait as the Console Enhanced editions are finally coming out on June 15th. Initially delayed so the team could focus in on the launch of Blackwood across PC, Stadia, Mac and console (which paid off with a stable release), the console enhanced versions bring faster loading times, higher resolution assets, high framerate modes and more.

Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 will have a special performance mode that runs the game at 1080p/60fps, along with a fidelity mode that can bump up the visuals to a native 4K resolution while running it at 30fps. For Xbox Series S users, the performance mode will run the game at 1080p/60fps, and the fidelity mode will go to 1440p/30fps.

Good news as well if you've been wanting to try ESO to its fullest before you buy, the ZeniMax Online Studios team is hosting a Free Trial through June 21st, giving players access to the DLC, crafting bag, bonus XP and more.BTW, if you need more TESO gold, welcome to mmopixel.com
