Bleed and Frost Build

For this build, you will be primarily using an offhand Curved Cold Scavenger Sword. The Scavenger here is for the singular stat investment. 

The primary damage here is frost and then you have to deal with bleed as well. Thus, you are going with Arcane here on stats, and using the double swords, you can deal a ton of Bleed + Frost damage to enemies, slowing them down, and dealing heavy damage.

Unlike the previous build, and following Eleonora’s Poleblade, you have to go with the Dexterity here, because you need agility and speed to do all the build-up on enemies.
