You’ve finished the main story of Fantasy Life I: The Girl Who Steals Time. The credits have rolled, your companions have thrown out a few last bits of dialogue, and suddenly… you’re alone with a vast world full of resources, mysteries, and some of the nastiest enemies this game has to offer. Welcome to the real grind. Fantasy Life I Endgame isn’t just a victory lap, it’s where Fantasy Life finally takes the gloves off.
Let’s get you fully geared, fully optimized, and Dosh farming like a pro. Whether you're pushing for the most powerful gear or just looking to squeeze every stat out of your tools and weapons, this guide is your blueprint.
If you're even thinking about min-maxing, Hero Passives are non-negotiable.
Each Life has a unique skill unlocked at Hero rank, and here’s the kicker: they're global passives.
That means once you unlock it, it applies across all lives, not just the one it came from.
Stack them, and suddenly you're running around with stat bonuses that would make early-game bosses cry.
Here’s a breakdown of some of the Best Hero Passives in Fantasy Life I:
Paladin: +20 Defense / Magic Defense, +100 HP
Mercenary: -5 SP consumption
Magician: 100% natural SP regeneration
Hunter: +10% Crit Rate, +20% Crit Damage
Blacksmith: +10 Attack / Magic Attack
Cook: +20% meal healing, +50% meal duration
Artist: +100% bomb potency
Miner: Focused Charge
Woodcutter: Forest's Blessing
Angler: Flow Like Water
Farmer: Natural Immunity
Carpenter: King of Wood
Tailor: Bespoke Tailoring
Alchemist: Out of Thin Air
Now imagine all those stacking. That’s what you're aiming for. Start rotating through the Lives and push them all to Hero.
It's a long grind, but your endgame power level will thank you.
You’ve probably crafted some decent items by now before reaching the Fantasy Life I Endgame.
You might even be using a few 4-star or 5-star tools and weapons. But here’s where you move from “decent” to “unfair.”
Remaking items allows you to strip off their old abilities and re-roll two new ones of your choosing. It's RNG with direction.
You’ll need Redox Stones, which you can trade for at the Collector’s Shop in Mysteria's capital.
Dump all those old tools you’ve been hoarding, they’re worth something now.
Item Drop Rate (for Dark Fire and Mysterious Slates)
Elemental or Status Resistances
Attack, Defense, or Special Charge Rates
Use Trip Apliques to apply high-tier drop rate bonuses to your gear. It makes the difference between farming for three hours and farming for twenty minutes.
Trust us, you’ll want every edge for what’s coming next. If you want to skip the grind entirely, you can buy Fantasy Life I Dosh directly from MMOPixel.
Time weapons and tools require legendary resources, and you’ll only find those in Ginormosia or Depths 3.
Here’s how to farm them efficiently.
Get Rank 3 in each Ginormosia region by hitting 1000 points.
This unlocks random blue exclamation marks on your map.
When one appears, a legendary has been spawned.
This works, but it’s slow and unreliable.
Load into Ginormosia Online, solo or with friends.
Complete challenges to fill the 0/100 gauge at the top.
When it hits 100, a legendary resource spawns in the region where you finished the last challenge.
That last part is key. Want a specific legendary? Finish your challenge in that region. Farm, exit, repeat.
Legendary gathering becomes intentional and dramatically faster. It's how you’ll gather what you need for your time gear without wasting real time.
Forget pretty forests and gentle crafting towns. If you’re serious about endgame crafting, Fort Gardhart is your new home.
Once you've completed the story and started the Fantasy Life I Endgame, Shadow Enemies begin dropping:
Dark Fire (for unlocking Shadow Nodes)
Mysterious Slates (for 5-star gear recipes)
Here’s where the grind starts.
Magic Ore – Cave of Trials B1
Luminous Tree – Lulab Forest
Shadow Fish – Yohoho Cave
Wicked Mandrake – Spirit Road
Warren Willow Hollow – Contains multiple node types, most efficient, but needs 50 Dark Fire to unlock
You’ll gather Shadow Resources here, and every one of them is used in the highest-tier gear and weapons.
Plus, they also occasionally drop more Dark Fire and Slates, making the loop even more rewarding.
Need faster respawns? Use the Teleportation Gate. Exit and re-enter to reset the zone. You’ll be grinding efficiently in no time.
Slates are your gateway to the most powerful tools and weapons in the game, but they’re also a bit of a gamble.
Each Mysterious Slate holds a random crafting recipe.
There are four distinct gear sets:
Godly
Dark Beast
Steel Beast
Sultan
Opposing aesthetics, opposing themes. What you get is random, so be prepared to burn through dozens, sometimes hundreds, before you complete a set.
Talk to Edward near your Guild Hall to turn in your Slates. And don’t be surprised if you pull duplicates. It’s just part of the grind.
Everything up to this point has just been prep. The Treasure Grove is where Fantasy Life I transforms from cozy RPG to pure endgame content.
Accessible after completing certain main story chapters, this dungeon scales from Year 100 all the way to Year 1000.
Bring companions or go solo.
The timer is 60 minutes, but only for the adventure, not the Grove itself.
If you’re running low, open the Strange Pad, end the expedition, and re-enter. The Grove resets the timer.
The deeper the year, the better the loot. Look out for:
Earn level-ups for Strangelings that you can apply back at the Goddess Statue.
This boosts your companions, improves farming speed, and increases survivability.
Struggling with leveling? Check out our guide on Fantasy Life I Best Fast XP Farming Methods.
This is where your items go to become legends. You can bury a tool or weapon along with materials.
When it finishes aging, based on the Grove’s year, you unlock a third ability slot with massive buffs.
Aim for Year 1000 Aging if possible. That’s where the serious bonuses kick in.
Want to run the same Grove layout again? Multiplayer saves the blueprint, allowing your friends to replicate your run.
Trade layouts. Re-run perfect dungeons. It’s like farming with cheat codes.
Have extra saplings? Replant and chase different layouts until you hit the one with the boss or altar you need.
Tip # | Title | Summary |
---|---|---|
1 | Unlock Hero Passive Abilities | Reach Hero rank in each Life to unlock powerful passive bonuses that apply across all Lives (e.g. crit rate, SP regen, drop boosts, etc.). |
2 | Remake Your Gear | Use Redox Stones to replace gear traits. Prioritize farming trip appliqués to add item drop bonuses, status resistances, and stat boosts. |
3 | Farm Ginormosia with Multiplayer Gauge | Use the 0/100 multiplayer gauge to force legendary spawns in specific regions. Challenge completion affects where the resource will appear. |
4 | Target Depths 3 + Ginormosia Resources | Focus your legendary material grind in Depths 3 or Ginormosia. Treasure Grove is optional, but enhances crafting potential. |
5 | Fort Gardhart Farming | Shadow Enemies drop Dark Fire and Mysterious Slates. These unlock purple seal nodes and yield key 5-star materials. |
6 | Efficient Slate Usage | Turn in Mysterious Slates to Edward for a chance at 5-star gear and weapon/tool recipes: grind-intensive but essential. |
7 | Treasure Grove Strategies | Use Aging Altars to unlock third ability slots on gear. Farm Strangeling levels for boosts, and replant Groves to cycle layouts and bosses. |
8 | Bypass Timer in Grove | The 60-minute party timer doesn't apply inside the Grove. Exit via the Strange Pad to reset timer and continue runs with no pressure. |
9 | Coop Efficiency in Grove Farming | Friends who join your 1000-year Grove get an item to replicate it in their world. Use this for repeated Aging Altar or boss farming across save files. |
Once you're in full swing, your weekly loop should look like this:
Run Treasure Grove
Look for Aging Altars + Rare Bosses
Farm Fort Gardhart
For Dark Fire and Mysterious Slates
Trade in Slates
Hunt for missing recipe pieces
Gather Legendaries in Ginormosia
Farm specific time gear resources
Craft, Remake, Age
Push every tool and weapon to its limit
Cycle through Lives
Raise all to Hero, unlock every passive
Rinse. Repeat. Master.
