With the release of the Patch 0.2.0 in PoE 2 Dawn of the Hunt, the loot gods have blessed us with some seriously wild uber uniques and endgame chase items. If you thought your build was strong before, wait until you see what these new additions can do. This guide is your all-in-one breakdown of the PoE 2's Dawn of the Hunt hottest new uniques, where to farm them, how valuable they are right now, and which ones might just push your build into god-tier status.
Hold Up Gamer! Looking for Orbs, Gold, Items, or Boosting Services? Well, you are at the right spot... MMOPixel is here with a banger. You can buy PoE 2 Currency at a fraction of the cost, and enjoy quick and secure delivery with 24/7 Customer Support to back you up.
Some of these items aren’t just strong—they’re build-defining. We’re talking massive life scaling, herald skill bonuses, elemental penetration, and rare effects like overflowing max life.
Others are seeing prices spike hard, so if you're lucky enough to loot one, don’t vendor it until you check this guide.
Let’s dive into the freshest uber uniques in 0.2.0, and later we’ll also look back at older chase items that are making a big comeback this patch.
Implicit: +15% item rarity
Effect: Triggers on the kill of rare/unique enemies
Special: Possesses you with a spirit for 10 to 20 seconds
The Rite of Passage charm is a total game-changer for loot farming. Right out of the gate, this thing exploded in value.
What started around 40 Divines is now pushing past 100+ Divines, and it’s easy to see why.
Not only do you get a solid +15% item rarity (which is always welcome), but you also trigger its effect frequently—almost every map has packs of rares or uniques, making the charm extremely consistent in uptime.
But the real juice? That spirit possession effect. Depending on your roll, you’ll be empowered by a spirit for 10 to 20 seconds, and the buffs they give are no joke.
Spirits you can be possessed by:
Fox, Owl, Stag, Bear, and more
Buff effects include:
Bonus Fire, Lightning, Cold, and Chaos Damage
Increased Crit Chance, Movement Speed, and Cast Speed
You can even stack multiple charms in certain builds, and each one can add a powerful edge to your map-clearing potential or bossing uptime.
Drop Source: Monsters possessed by spirits via the Spirit Mechanic
Why it matters: Spirit events were easy to ignore before, e—but now? They’re jackpot material.
If you see a Spirit encounter on your map, DO NOT SKIP IT.
Chase those spirits down! It might take a few tries, but when that charm drops, you just landed a massive payday or a build-defining item.
Effect: Flask life recovery overflows maximum life
This belt is wild in the best way possible. The Gnashing Sash looks unassuming at first glance, but once you realize how it interacts with life regen and flask recov, your brain melts a little.
It allows flask-based healing to exceed your max life, which means if you’re running a high-regeneration build and pushing 5%+ life per second recovery (which is very achievable with gear, flasks, or the Rebirth ruin), you can stack overflow healing on top of your base life pool.
Some players have reported literally doubling their life bar just by slotting this belt.
It’s insanely powerful for Life-Stacking builds and tanky setups.
Surprisingly, not everyone has caught on yet, but the price is already creeping upward as more players realize how nuts this thing is.
Drop Source: Boss “Eater of the Flesh” in the Corrupt Nexus
Market Status: Ultra-rare, only a few are listed globally right now
If you’re aiming for regen tanks, RF builds, or anything that wants to abuse flask t, ch—this is your belt.
+80 Max Life
+40 All Resistances
Enemies in your presence have 0 Elemental Resistance
Grants Herald of Ice, Thunder, and Ash (Level 17)
This is what happens when an item gets too good and nobody at GGG nerfs it (yet). The Coming Calamity is absolutely cracked.
You’re basically getting:
A beefy life and d resist tank piece
Full elemental shred (without curses or penetration mods)
Three auto-cast Herald auras at level 17!
The armor is super rare, but it can drop from anywhere, making it even more exciting to farm. Even casual players can dream of randomly finding one.
Estimated Price: 9–10+ Divines (and still climbing)
Why it’s busted: Combines offense, defense, and utility in one slot
If you want to melt mobs and stay alive doing it, this chest piece is your dream come true.
Massive Life Bonus
Chaos Resistance Boost
All enemies near you count as Low Life
This is one of those sneaky items that unlock niche but extremely powerful builds.
By making all enemies count as Low Life, it instantly enables any skill or node that scales off Low Life target, without the enemy actually being near death.
Pair this with things like Slayer’s Brutal Fervour, Executioner nodes, or even special crit setups and watch your damage skyrocket.
Drop Source: Anywhere in the game
Market Price: 4–5 Divines, even for corrupted versions
This helm won’t go into every build, but in the right hands? It’s lethal.
Scales Max Spirit based on your Life pool
+All Resistances & Dexterity
This one’s tailor-made for Spirit-based builds.
If you’re stacking high life (say, 2,000–3,000+), you’ll gain a huge chunk of Maximum Spirit, which is crucial for summoner builds or any archetype that benefits from high Spirit values.
Drop Source: Global drops & Chancing
Availability: 50–60 listed globally
Value: ~60 Exalts depending on rolls
It’s a niche item for sure, but in the right build, it’ll take you from average to elite.
Reduces Item & Skill Requirements by 50%
This one doesn’t seem flashy, but it unlocks a ton of potential for hybrid or stat-starved builds.
Want to wear high-end gear with no Dexterity or Strength investment? This is your shortcut.
It’s especially handy during early progression or for builds that dip into off-class skills (think Warbringer tanks or Dual-Wielders running wild setups).
Price: Less than 1 Divine
Use Case: Equipping high-requirement gems/gear with ease
Bonus: Can be corrupted for even higher stat reduction!
Cheap, underrated, and shockingly flexible.
Grants Shine Buff every 10 seconds
This bad boy is your mini-Headhunter-for-buffs.
Every 10 seconds, you get a Shrine buff, which grants various utility boosts (movement speed, attack speed, damage, and more, depending on context).
While not as explosive as the OG Headhunter, it’s an amazing pick for Aura Bots, Support builds, or players looking to automate buff uptime with minimal effort.
Drop Source: Global drop and chanceable on Giant Maul
Availability: ~90 in market
Price: 30–50 Exalts depending on roll/corruption
It’s not for everyone, but if you’re building around a Shrine uptime engine, this hammer’s the core piece.
