What Is WOTLK Classic Enchanting

Enchanting is a crafting profession in WOTLK classic that you can use to add enhancements to armor and weapons. You will use ingredients, formulas, spare parts, and more to create those enchants.

The profession will require you to use special items to disenchant them and then use them to craft more complex equipment. 

Enchanters will have Alchemist Stones that increase potion effectiveness – which is excellent as an in-battle advantage. You can also provide your services as an enchanter to obtain gold while crafting gems, materials, and transmutations.

Enchanting needs work and a lot of materials to level up, but it’s a rewarding profession that will help you gain a reputation, gold, and better items.

Finding Enchanting Trainers in World Of Warcraft

There are multiple enchanting trainers that you can find in WOTLK. An enchanting trainer is an NPC located in the main cities that will teach you recipes about your profession.

As you progress, you will find neutral trainers in disputed zones that you could use.

Enchanting Materials Needed To Level Up

Like any other profession, you need crafting materials to create and add enchantments to your gear.

Here are the approximate materials required to reach enchanting level 450:

You will need these materials to level enchanting without issues. Of course, as you level up, you may need more or less quantity.

These items will lead you up to Artisan enchanter. After that, you will need to gather BC materials.

After you have finished using the materials in the Hellfire Peninsula, you will have to go to the cold Northrend lands and get more components. Some of them include Dream Shards, Eternal Earth and Titanium Rod.

Getting Materials At The Auction House

Suppose you are exhausted from going out and not getting enough materials to level up. You can always go to the Auction House and try to purchase the items needed. They will be more expensive, but you’ll get to move forward.

Objects Needed To Enchant

Compared to other professions, Enchanting needs essential items you can get using Inscription – the enchantment vellum. This item helps you receive the enchant you are crafting to use later on weapons or armor.

The only way to get one of them is to craft it with a Scribe or buy it at the Auction House.

From 1 To 450 Wrath Classic

Apprentice Enchanting

This is the main enchanting level that will make the rest of your leveling experience easier. You can find your trainer in the main City of your race. Learn the basic enchanting skill and start training there.

Journeyman Enchanting

Learn Journeyman enchanting from your training and keep leveling up until you reach level 135.

Expert Enchanting

After reaching Enchanting level 135, go to the trainer and learn Expert Enchanting.

Artisan Enchanting

After making it to level 225, go to the trainer and learn Artisan Enchanting. To achieve the following professional status, you need at least level 300.

Master Enchanting

To level up and learn Master Enchanting, you must go deep into the Outlands in the maps of the Burning Crusade Classic expansion. Pass the dark portal and visit:

• Enchantress Andiala or Zurii in Shattrath City.

• Felannia or Johan Barnes in Hellfire Peninsula.

After you’ve reached this point, you will have to go through hard training and gather tons of resources before reaching level 350.

WOTLK Classic Enchanting

To craft Wrath of the Lich King Classic enchants, you’ll have to learn Grand Master Enchanting. Visit the Howling Fjord or Borean Tundra to find your trainers and get the mastery.

You will have over 99 levels to climb and many materials to gather and consume.
