Best New World Season 3 PvP XP Track Leveling and Azoth Farming Guide

New World brings a new in-game tracking system to track the progression of the player in PvP (Player vs. Player), known as PvP Track. Since the release of the artifacts in the New World, they are considered one of the major mechanics in the game, changing the builds and overall style of gameplay. But, these artifacts are locked behind the PvP track and require a lot of grinding to increase PvP levels for the artifacts.

Unfortunately, this is not favorable to those who don’t play the multiplayer part of the game that much, not favoring the PvP mode. Here we have the Best New World Season 3 PvP Track Leveling and Azoth Salt Farming Guide to help you get the levels quickly so that you can also get Azoth Salt on the side.

PvP Track and Azoth Salt Explained

Before we dive into the actual PvP XP and Azoth Salt Farming Methods below, we need to understand what both of them mean and how to get them in the New World Season 3.

PvP Track and How to Get PvP XP

PvP Track is a new progression system in the game that forces players to engage in PvP Mode of the game and earn PvP XP. As a result, after reaching a specific XP number, you will get artifacts.

But, on the contrary, if you don’t engage in the PvP, you lose the PvP Track and in return, you won’t be able to use the artifacts. Various things can earn you PvP XP, and increase your PvP Track, like:

  • PvP Wars

  • Outpost Rush

  • Arenas

  • Faction Missions

  • PvP Open World

  • Etc.

Azoth Salt and How to Get It

In the New World Season 3, Rise of the Angry Earth, we got to experience a new type of resource, called the Azoth Salt. This is an all-new PvP Currency, specifically tied to the PvP Multiplayer part of the game.

Same as the PvP Track XP, you can get Azoth Salt by participating in the PvP Activities in New World Season 3.

When you have enough Azoth Salt, you can use it to get Unique Items through the PvP Rewards Track level.

Now, both PvP Track and Azoth Salt are hard to gain for people who don’t engage that much in PvP activities. So, we have 3 of the best methods to farm Azoth Salt and PvP Track in New World Season 3 Below.

New World Season 3 PvP Track Leveling and Azoth Farming Methods

3v3 Arena Grind

We are going to the basics here with the 3v3 Arena Grinding, as winning one will reward you with 2500 PvP XP, and 1350 Azoth Salt in New World Season 3.

On the other hand, when you lose a match, it will still reward you with 500 PvP XP, and 350 Azoth Salt. Now all of this depends on whether you are solo or not, and how many matches are you playing and winning.

It will take you around 4 minutes to complete a single 3v3 Arena match in the fastest time, while the longest it can take you is around 9 minutes.

If we do the match correctly with 5 matches all solo, an average time of 6 minutes, and a 50% win rate, then it would result in 11 games per hour, and 5.5 wins, alongside 5.5 losses.

In the end, you will get around 16500 PvP XP and 9350 Azoth Salt. It is for one hour and is considered one of the best farming methods to farm PvP Track and Azoth Salt.

PvP Missions

If you are one of those individuals who don’t want to take part in any PvP side journey with others and want to play solo, still keeping up your PvP Tracks for the artifacts, then this method is the right fit for you.

When you do the PvP Missions, you get various rewards, including PvP Tracks and Azoth Salt. One of the best missions is available in the Great Cleave.

Why is it so? In the Great Cleave, you get the same 3 missions, closely tied to one another and the reward is also good. If you complete all 3 PvP Missions in the Great Cleave, you will get 1050 PvP XP and 600 Azoth Salt. Also, there is some gold involvement as well here.

Let’s discuss the time as well. If you complete the 3 sets of missions, an average of 4-5 minutes are utilized here. Meaning, per hour, you can do 14 sets of these missions easily, and the result would be 14700 PvP XP and 8400 Azoth Salt.

Outpost Rush Matches Grind

OPR or Outpost Rush Matches can provide you with various rewards depending on the Outpost Rush Score you receive at the end of the watch, whether winning or losing.

Win and Score in OPR

  • If you score below 501 in OPR, you will receive absolutely nothing

  • But, if you score above 501 in OPR, you will receive 1500 PvP XP, and 1000 Azoth Salt, alongside Faction Tokens, XP, Azoth, and Gold.

  • If you somehow score above 3000 in OPR, you will receive 2500 PvP XP and 2000 Azoth Salt, alongside more Faction Tokens, Azoth, and Gold.

  • With every win, there is a low chance of you getting 16 Dark Matter as well.

Lose and Score in OPR

  • All of the above were in case of a win, but if you lose and score more than 501, you will win 500 PvP XP, No Azoth Salt, 800 Faction Tokens/XP, 125 Azoth, and 180 Gold.

  • If you lose and still get more than 3000 OPR points, you will receive 2000 PvP XP, 1000 Azoth Salt, 900 Faction Tokens/XP, 175 Azoth, and 270 Gold.

  • At every loss, there is also a chance of getting around 4 Dark Matter.

Time It Takes to Complete OPR

On average, the quickest one can complete the Outpost Reach Match is around 9 minutes without any opposition and difficult opponents. On the other hand, if you are facing a powerful foe, it can take you around 30 to 35 minutes.

If we take an average of both, it can take around 21 minutes to complete Outpost Reach Matches. Each hour, you can do around 3 to 4 matches depending on your speed and the opposition.

Each match, you can get more than 2000 Outpost Reach Contribution Match, resulting in your winning a ton of PvP Track and Azoth Salt, alongside other goodies.

Other Methods

  • Go to any Faction Control Point and go AFK: This is a passive method to farm PvP Tracks and Azoth Salt in New World Season 3, providing players with an opportunity to do other things. Sometimes people don’t notice and kill you, in return, you will capture the point. Find a control point that isn’t filled with people and is far off. In 15 minutes, you will earn 1100 PvP XP and 300 Azoth Salt.

  • Doing Influenced Race: Go to the race zone and deal some damage to other players. Then you can go around doing other things as you like. When the race ends, the game thinks that you are a participant, and rewards you with 1000 PvP XP, Rewards Cache, and 500 Azoth Salt alongside other goodies.

Summary

New World Season 3 Artifacts are now tied behind the PvP Tracks. If you don’t participate in the PvP Activities, you won’t unlock the Artifacts, and ultimately be left out. Also, you require PvP Unique Gear that is brought with the Azoth Salt, so both of them are must-haves in the new Rise of the Angry Earth Season. Here, we have the Top 3 Best Methods to Farm PvP XP Track Leveling, and Azoth Salt in New World Season 3, to help you catch up to the latest stuff.
