Diablo 4 Materials and How to Get Them

Diablo 4 offers you a whole list of strange and useful items in the game. Some of them might be known to you, while others are quite a secret. Here in this guide, we are going to share with you details on Diablo 4 Materials and How to get them as well.

Blizzard is known for being the best MMO maker. Ranging from WoW to StarCraft and then Diablo. The Diablo 4 is no exception and you can see all the versatility here. To help the players make the most out of this game, they introduced us to some new and improved materials as well as some new ones.

Materials and gear are basically the same things here because you use these materials to make your gear and in return, you are creating a better character for the mid or the late game.

Unlike the in-game currency like Gold, the character you choose will have to learn to craft and upgrade the materials. But, the real issue is that not all the materials in the game are mentioned with clarity. Don’t worry, for that we have here our Diablo 4 Materials Guide.

Diablo 4 Materials and How to Get Them

Types of Materials in Diablo 4

Basically, in the Sanctuary, you will come across basic two types of materials, these being the Upgrade Materials and the Crafting Materials.

Upgrade Materials

These are the materials that you use to upgrade your gear, equipment, or specific armor parts. There are even some upgrade materials that act as sockets for your equipment. You can further boost them up, by putting various enchantments on the weaponry.

In this way, the upgrade materials help you pump your gear to new heights. It is favorable for those who already have their favorite gear and want to keep it while trying to reach the level 100 cap.

Crafting Materials

Unlike the upgrade materials that are used to enhance your gear, the crafting materials are used to make new gear. It doesn’t increase the stats of the available gear but rather makes something new.

By putting together different sets of materials, you can give the blueprint to black smith and he will make you a new set. It is typically for players who don’t want to upgrade their previous gear and want to get a new one as a whole.

Diablo 4 Materials and How to Get Them
