Outland

Masters of Mining trainers are usually located in the first questing area, which is revealed once you cross through the Dark Portal to Outland. The Hordes are greeted by Krugosh, while Hunrak Grimmord greets the Alliance. 

Neutral trainers such as Fono of the Aldor and Hanlir of the Scryers are also accessible if one has permission from Shattrath.
