To reach a level of 300 in the Artisan First Aid skill, you need to complete the Triage Quest once your skill level hits 225, unlocking the Artisan First Aid knowledge. This Quest poses a similar challenge for both Horde and Alliance players. In this section, we will discuss how you would start the quest for both Horde and Alliance Players.

Alliance:

• It’s an optional step, but you can interact with the NPC called Nissa Firestone. Nissa Firestone is a Trainer for First Aid and can be found in Ironforge inside the center ring. Interacting with her will let you access the quest known as Alliance Trauma.

• To get to the Triage Quest, you’ll have to go to Theramore Isle. It can be found in the Dustwallow Marsh. Once there, find the NPC called Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen. Interacting with this NPC will let you access the Triage quest.

Horde:

• It’s an optional step, but you can interact with the NPC called Arnok. Arnok is a Trainer for First Aid and can be found in Orgrimmar in The Valley of Spirits. Interacting with this NPC will let you access the quest known as Horde Trauma.

• To get to the Triage Quest, you’ll have to go to Hammerfell. It can be found in the Arathi Highlands. Once there, find the NPC called Doctor Gregory Victor. Interacting with this NPC will let you access the Triage quest.

During this Quest, your objective is to provide medical aid to friendly NPC patients in critical condition. To finish the mission, you need to rescue 15 patients before six of them pass away. Position yourself at the center of the area so you can swiftly assist all the patients. The task becomes simpler if you adjust your camera angle and turn in the Quest as soon as you rescue 15 patients. You’ll receive a unique bandage tool for this task – it's wise to assign it to your quick access slots. Your priority in providing aid should be: Critically Injured Soldiers first, followed by Badly Injured, and then Injured Soldiers. 

Once you are finished with treating the injured, you are required to turn in the quest. This will let you learn Artisan First Aid. The NPC that you interacted with earlier, Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen or Doctor Gregory Victor for Alliance or Horde Respectively, will assist you in learning the Heavy Runecloth Bandage, Runecloth Bandage, and Heavy Mageweave Bandage. But this will only happen once your professional skill is high.

Recipes for WoW Classic SoD Phase 3 First Aid

Currently, there are no fresh Recipes introduced for First Aid during the Season of Discovery, and all the previous Recipes remain unaltered. Upon reaching level 50, you will unlock the ability to craft Heavy Runecloth Bandage, acknowledged as the best bandage within the game.

The sole effective anti-venom within this bracket is Powerful Anti-Venom; however, achieving Honored status with Argent Dawn is imperative to acquire its recipe. Outlined below are all the First Aid recipes accessible during Phase 3:
