Best Waylaid Supplies Farms in WoW Classic SoD Phase 2

The World of Warcraft Classic: Season of Discovery (SoD) phase 2 is here with a lot of new content to the game. It brings a new experience of runes, class-altering abilities, upgraded raids, the new land of Azeroth and whatnot! The supplies have been upgraded in the new phases, too. As of phase 1, the supplies were unique to the players, but with the launch of phase 2, we can see a few changes in both the supplies and method of collection and, of course, farms. They will no longer be unique; a player can carry 12 at a time. The same sort of changes will be observed in the supply shipment, too. Let's discuss in detail the WoW Classic SoD supplies phase 2 changes.

What are WoW Classic SoD Supplies?

Supplies are basically items or coupons that one should collect to level up, gain reputation, and unlock rewards. They're available to an individual after level 6. You can either gain them from the mob or look for them in the chests. One has to defeat the mob or look for chests on the farm after level 6 to attain the supplies.

The supplies have different uses and fulfil different purposes; in simpler terms, they can be correlated with the barter system. The rarity of the supply will fairly provide that item. The player should fill in the cart with the required item to gain reward and reputation. Earlier, the WoW classic allowed players to turn in empty supply carts, but now, they don't accept empty carts, which means more labour to find the stated item.

To acquaint you even more with the supplies, they're usually copper ore, healing potions or copper shortsword in phase 2. You also get extra rewards if the requirement is fulfilled. You get promoted to a higher reputation, ultimately increasing the drop rate and earning you more rewards and higher levels.

It depends more on the levels than the phases and is unique to each level, too. The supplies you've gained up to level 10 will be of no use thereafter, and you would have to gather new supplies up to the next level cap for those supplies, and so on.

WoW Classic SoD Phase 2 Waylaid Supplies

Best Waylaid supplies farms for WoW SoD phase 2

There are endless places to look for supplies, but it could be a waste of time, and now they don't even accept empty carts like they did in phase 1. So, we've compiled a list of places to look for supplies first and foremost. We will start with the number of supply farms in phase 2. There are basically the top five places you should definitely take a roundabout for supplies, and we've listed them for you!

In Season of Discovery phase 2, one is enabled to farm supplies from different spots or places like the Arathi Highlands, barren, Redrige, etc. Of course, the location differs depending on what you need at which level. But sometimes, visiting a location can fail, too. For example, you get to Redrige, and instead of getting a few supplies, you have to fight off an unaccounted number of mobs for a small amount of crates.

Hence, the best farming spots become necessary to be known! But then again, it depends on your faction too but here's to giving you a general idea :

Arathi Highlands: Unlike any other place, you will always get easier supplies here, with a few chests always found there. It has earned a good reputation for farming waylaid supplies in phase 2. Also, you don't always have to fight the mob when you can find the chest. So go to the Arathi Highlands!

Badlands: Again, this place has a very good reputation for running into very few players and finding the gold in the chests in the camps. It also holds so for comparatively better chances of receiving supplies from the humanoids, but do not overestimate because the drop rates are still low. It's a great spot for higher-level waylaid supplies. Crates for level 40 can be found here. The another best way to get gold is for real money from reputed and trusted seller MMOPixel.

Desolace: It is just the opposite of what its name suggests; both higher and lower-level supplies can be found in different regions of this place with little competition from different players. The north of the desolace has crates or supplies for lower levels, and the south of the desolace contains supplies for levels 35 to 40. It's so because the northern part has low chances of the mob and thus lower level supplies, and just the opposite, the southern part has high chances of the mob and thus the higher level supplies.

Dustwallow Marsh: As the name suggests, this place is filled with dusty spiders but has a solid chance of crates. Without much ado or fighting the mobs, you get to bag the supplies. You can again get both high-level and low-level crates here. The chances of a high level may be low, but who doesn't want to check out a reputed region for crates? So you've got to check out Dustwallow marshes before wandering around the map in search of supplies.

Alterec Mountains: Now that we've mentioned this place, it could be a topic of little debate because, of course, you do get a lot of supplies here, and that too for higher levels, which are hard to find. But the question arises whether or not you're willing to take the risk because it is a place of high mob density and high-level guards guiding the chests. Yes, you do find good supplies here, so maybe it's worth trying!

Conclusion

Apart from the above-mentioned places, you can also explore other places on the map like Barren, Redrige, etc. Here, you could still find the chests, may or may not have to find the mob, and could try your luck with the drops. However, remember, if you're still at a lower level, the drop rates will be low. Yes, the drop rates may increase with the level, but so will the requirement for supplies and their scarcity!

The next phase - Season of Discovery Phase 3 is expected to drop 3 to 4 months after Phase 2 (as stated above), as they remove the previous phase with the launch of the new. So we await and expect phase 3 during April or May of 2024, which would probably have a level cap of 50. The final level cap and the end game are expected to come with phase 4, with a cap of level 60 and brand-new supplies, end-game abilities, and whatnot!
